SRM Ramapuram aims at bringing a change in society for the benefit of global community through MUN.
SRM Ramapuram Model United Nations is all set to re-define diplomacy this August by hosting Model United Nations conference from 19th Aug 2016 to 21st Aug 2016. A modest attempt to showcase the cultural diversities, demographic sensitivity and come up with viable solutions for the benefit of the global community.
SRM R MUN consists of 4 committees which cut across the major international institutions monitoring and debating the various safety and security, humanitarian, threats to peace that affect the international community and public health issues faced by the whole world. The four committees are United Nations Security Council which aims at maintaining international peace and security, United Nations General Assembly which oversees the budget of United Nations and appoints the non- permanent members to the security council, United Human Rights Council for promoting and protection of human rights around the world and World Health Organization which is concerned with international public health.
Participation of approximately 400 delegates from in and around the country with 3-days of International Diplomacy promising extraordinary and valuable experience for all. World class panel of Executive Board members from 3 continents to judge delegates in different categories.
SRM Ramapuram Model United Nations is dedicated in contributing to the improvement of world peace and will do the needful to make this world a beautiful and safe place to live in.
