Two teams of SCRO ( Student Copter Research Organization) has brought laurels to the university by being selected for the Grand Finale of Smart India Hackathon 2019, a nation wide initiative which provides students a platform to solve some of pressing problems we face in our daily lives, and thus inculcate a culture of product innovation and a mindset of problem solving.
One team which was selected in the top 4 among 150 teams went to NIT Calcutta, Kerala and the other team which was selected in the top 4 among 30 teams went to Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering, Andhra Pradesh to participate in its grand finale on 2nd and 3rd March.
