DGHS Counseling Starts from 01.08.2018
SRM Medical College Hospital & Research Centre, Potheri, Kattankulathur Candidates Selected through Common counseling for admissions at SRM Medical College Hospital & Research Centre, should report to the Dean between 9 am to 5 pm. The following certificates in original to be submitted at the time of admission.
Certificates to be submitted at the time of Admission:-
Original documents (along with attested photocopies of documents)
- Provisional Allotment Letter
- NEET Result / Rank letter issued by CBSE
- NEET Admit Card of Exam issued by CBSE
- Class 10th/ 12th Mark Sheet as proof of date of birth
- UG - Degree Certificate
- PG - Provisional /Degree Certificate
- UG State Medical Council Registration
- PG State Medical Council Registration
- PG Mark Sheet
- Attempt Certificate
- Course Completion/Conduct Certificate
- Community Certificate (if OBC/SC/ST)
- Migration Certificate
- PAN Card & Aadhar Card - Original for verification and return and Photocopy
- Ten(10) recent passport size photographs ( Same as affixed on the application form)
Candidates to bring DD for appropriate amount, as specified for admission. Payment can be made on line also.
Candidates without original certificate/ documents shall not be allowed to take admission . Candidates who have deposited their original documents with any other Institute/ College/ University and come for admission with a certificate stating that "their original certificates are deposited with the Institute /College/ University" will not be allowed to take admission.
