• Establishment of good microarrays for zebrafish. 
• Establishment zebrafish microarrays using Illumina platform.
• Analysis of transcriptome dynamics using zebrafish microarrays.
• Generation of transcriptome resource by generating full length enriched cDNA libraries from different tissues and selection of non redundant clones using high density colony array hybridization techniques.
• Identification and functional validation of novel transcripts in zebrafish using microarrays: a. New target genes involved in sonic hedgehog pathway and b. Estrogen responsive direct and indirect target genes.
