Dr. Varrla Eswaraiah joined SRM Research Institute and Department of Physics and Nanotechnology as an Assistant Professor of Research in SRM University, Kattankulathur campus since August 2017. His research focus is on developing energy efficient production and innovative processing techniques for low-dimensional materials especially 2D materials which finds applications in sensing, printed electronics, composites, thermal and electronics applications.He has contributed key findings in graphene production and processing techniques in this emerging area of research and co-inventor of three inventions in the rea of graphene and nanocomposites. His current interest is on high yield production and design of devices using low dimensional materials for thermal and other applications.
